1. Operator
The website soloopsstack.com (“SoloOps Stack”, “the site”) is operated by Clearpath Digital, trade name of Diogo Garcia (individual), R. Joaquim Avelino, 8 - Perpétuo Socorro, Altamira - PA, 68377-570, Brazil, [email protected].
2. Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. Nature of the content
SoloOps Stack publishes informational reviews, comparisons and planning guides about software tools. Content is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or professional advice. Product features, prices and programme rules change; always verify details on the vendor’s official site before buying.
We do not promise earnings, rankings, traffic, conversions or business outcomes from using any tool mentioned on this site. Where we say a guide is documentation-based, it is not a hands-on test report unless we clearly state otherwise.
4. Independence and trademarks
SoloOps Stack is an independent site. Vendor names and logos identify products we discuss. Their use does not imply ownership, endorsement, employment, certification or partnership with those vendors. We do not call ourselves a “Partner” of HubSpot or any other vendor unless a verified programme status allows it.
5. Affiliate relationships
This site is designed to use affiliate links. When an approved affiliate relationship is active, I earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links.
See the Affiliate Disclosure for how commercial links are labelled. Until an affiliate relationship for a specific programme is approved, exit links may point to the vendor’s official website without affiliate tracking.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape in a way that impairs the service, or use the site to break the law.
7. Intellectual property
Site text, layout and original materials are owned by Clearpath Digital, trade name of Diogo Garcia, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy substantial parts for commercial reuse without permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link are allowed for commentary.
8. Third-party sites
Links to third-party websites (including /go/ exits) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clearpath Digital, trade name of Diogo Garcia, is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or business opportunities arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of Altamira, Pará, Brazil have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.
Consumer protections: if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union or another country that grants you mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits those non-waivable rights, including any right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where mandatory law so provides.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
